Terms & Conditions
At TB Lashes and Brow Beauty, appointment times are reserved especially for each client. To help us manage our schedule and remain fair to all clients, the following policy applies:
Cancellation notice
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked treatment cost.

No shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without giving notice will be charged 50% of the booked treatment cost before any future appointments can be booked.

Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients. Charges may still apply.

Deposits
Booking deposits paid are non-refundable.

Exceptions
We understand emergencies can happen and exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion.​
